Could Ezekiel's prophecy in Chapter 38 be round the corner?

Is end-time Prophecy being fullfilled with todays nuclear situation in the Middle East and Asia?

"Iran has a developing programme to acquire nuclear power. Last Saturday, with UN-approved help from the Russians, it began fuelling its first nuclear power plant near Bushehr. It denies it has aspirations for a nuclear bomb, but you can see why they might want one. To the north, Russia has the bomb. To the east, Pakistan and India have too. To the west, Israel has an estimated 400 nuclear warheads – no one knows the exact number since Israel refuses to sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and allow inspections.
To fuel its nuclear power stations Iran is enriching uranium. But enriched uranium can also be used to make the fissile core of an atom bomb.
It would undoubtedly be better if Tehran did not have nuclear weapons. It could destabilise the region in a number of ways. It could spur an arms race across the region with Saudi Arabia, the Gulf states, Egypt and Turkey all rushing to acquire atom bombs. It might frighten the educated Israeli middle class into emigrating. Almost certainly it would allow Tehran to more forcefully back radical Islamist movements like Hizbollah and Hamas......
There is a lot of bluster about. Last month, Iran launched a new surface-to-surface missile which military observers assume must match or excel its existing missiles that have the range to hit Israel. But most strategic experts – even in Israel where the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu once suggested that Tehran is "preparing another Holocaust for the Jewish state" – believe it is a weapon of retaliation rather than attack. Deterrence is the name of the game...." Paul Vallely- The Independent -5th Sept 2010
  • China as a world power?? - After thought to Revelation 16:12- 'Kings of the East'?
"China’s Quest for Superpower Status
Think about it! There is No Reason why the Chinese should not be aggressively developing stealth military aircraft. Flush with 2 trillion+ USD as they ride out the global recession in much better shape than the United States , research and development can easily be financed. If China can approach parity with the USA in numbers and quality of stealth aircraft, nuclear carrier battle groups and nuclear attack submarines, they have become a ’superpower’ via projection of their foreign policy and military strength."

This planet does not want to see a continuation of America as the world’s sole superpower, nor would it be a ‘good thing’ for China to assume first position by itself. When neither country can achieve dominance, there is a bipolar world in which cooperation, rather than confrontation, should be the foreign policy of choice. Ideally, trillion dollar weapons system programs should not be the route to peace, but history often takes a less than direct path to conflict resolution and friendly competition.

Diwali in Delhi 2006

Magic Airlines India

My time with Magic Airlines, India was from Nov 2004 to Mar 2006.
Based in New Delhi.
Magic was then a new start up LCC airline that was due to launch in Oct 2005. It had 4 Malaysians in the startup team namely:

Ng Fook Meng - VP Engineering & Project Head.
M Subramanium - VP Finance
S Murugesu - VP Commercial
Myself - VP Flight Operation.

It was about the same time as Spice & before Kingfisher were also seeking "NOC" (no objection certificate). Run by Nira Radia, a very bright, energetic and capable lady, who was also owner & Chairman of Vaishnavi, one of India's largest Corporate Communications firms. The Tata Group, if I am not mistaken, is their biggest client.
Unknown forces however, prevented the airline from being granted the "NOC", and we dismantled in March 2006. A sad day as the airline would have gone places and made a name for itself.

Some of the Magic's family are present below, in a Diwali gathering held at Nira's (Boss) farmhouse in Delhi. She joined us a bit later.
